You start with a business email, talk through goals with “Joy,” and get an editable brief in your own words. Eligible builders appear as a short list (the makers say up to three); you choose who to contact, approve the brief, and email introductions are coordinated by the team. Builders describe what they do, add a work example, and submit a profile for human review. Client and builder use of 10xJoy is free; scope, contracts, and payment stay between you and the builder. We verified the marketing site HTTP 200 on 2026-09-26; the homepage is a live email onboarding flow (not a waitlist landing).
