What it is
Clueprint is a native macOS menu-bar app for the sprawl coding agents leave behind. We verified clueprint.ai on 2026-09-23 (HTTP 200): it surfaces Git worktrees, Docker stacks, and local dev servers living on your Mac — what started them, CPU/memory cost, and whether you are actually done. It also notices which branches still have a Claude Code or Codex session attached, so you do not kill an in-progress agent workspace by accident.
Cleanup is deliberately cautious. Suggestions only appear when the app can prove safety (no uncommitted work, nothing unpushed, branch merged, idle long enough, nothing still running); it re-checks at the moment you act, and abandoned projects are archived aside with files intact rather than deleted. The marketing site positions it as a small native SwiftUI binary (not Electron), with no account and no telemetry. Port pills jump straight to whatever a worktree is serving; a menu-bar readout shows running counts, CPU, or memory at a glance.
Who it’s for
Indie makers and solo engineers running Claude Code, Codex, or similar agent harnesses that spawn worktrees and leave Vite/Docker stacks humming for days. If you already have a clean single-checkout workflow and never parallelize agents, Clueprint is optional. If your fans spin every afternoon and you cannot remember which of forty worktrees is still needed, a live monitor plus safe archive path is the interesting shape.
Why we listed it
Fresh public launch: Product Hunt featured day 2026-09-22, live site verified 2026-09-23. Category gap on this board — we have Design audits, Infra databases, Billing, Marketing, and several agent runtimes/firewalls, but no Mac-native “agent leftovers” ops tool. Fits the new-only bar: early indie SwiftUI app from a named maker, not a household system-utility brand.
Caveats
We have not installed the Mac app on our ops machines or audited the cleanup safety logic ourselves. macOS-only; Windows/Linux are out of scope by design. Claims about Electron-free size, zero telemetry, and “0 files ever deleted” are vendor statements — treat archive-vs-delete behavior as something to verify on a scratch repo before trusting it near production checkouts. Early-product risk: agent detection depth beyond Claude/Codex, pricing, and 1.0 scope will still move.
