What it is
Doop (https://doop.design/) is a multiplayer design canvas where AI agents join as real collaborators — not a chat that dumps a mockup. We verified the marketing site HTTP 200 on 2026-09-25 (also /pricing and /docs). Agents connect over MCP (streamable HTTP + OAuth): Claude Code and Codex work out of the box; any MCP client can point at a canvas /mcp endpoint. Once connected, agents stream frames onto the infinite canvas, leave and pick up comments as tasks, share one canvas memory (decisions, taste, open work), and can review their own frames via a built-in headless renderer before you see them. You bring the AI subscription you already pay for — Doop is the canvas, not another token meter. Paste a public URL to import a page as an editable snapshot; frames export as live URLs. Specialist passes (generalist, UX, copy, brand, a11y, polish) can be queued or @mentioned. Free while in beta per the live site; open source on GitHub (kgoedecke/doop) with a Docker + Postgres self-host path.
Who it is for
Founders, product designers, and small creative teams who already design with Claude Code / Codex and keep losing decisions across agent sessions. Useful when you want agents on the same surface as humans — cursors, streaming frames, shared taste — instead of generating HTML offline (PixelCrew) or brainstorming on a personal AI moodboard (Causal). If you need design-in-codebase PRs against your component library, Modeinspect is a different lane. If you need client approval portals for agency media review, look at Project Feed / Proofrr-style tools instead.

Caveats
We have not run a multi-agent session week, timed frame streaming latency, or self-hosted the Docker stack ourselves.
