What it is
SeamlessCanvas (https://seamlesscanvas.com/) is a browser-based seamless texture tool: upload a photo, scan, render, or artwork; repair left/right and top/bottom edges; inspect a default 3×3 (also 2×2 / 5×5) repeat with optional seam guides; export a tileable PNG. Guests get 5 standard repairs and 1 AI repair without signing in; signed-in users get unlimited standard repairs and a free AI allowance (extra AI costs credits). Free download starts at 512px; paid plans unlock larger canvases (Starter includes up to 2048px, Creator/Studio up to 4096px on-page). Pricing page (verified 2026-09-25) lists Starter ~$19.90/mo, Creator ~$39.90/mo, Studio ~$79.90/mo, plus credit packs from about $9.90. Prompt-to-texture / prompt-to-pattern flows are also on the site. We verified HTTP 200 the same day.
Who it is for
Game, 3D, fabric, wallpaper, POD, and mockup makers who need tileable materials without installing desktop software. Useful when the hard part is edge continuity on an existing photo — not generating a full brand system. If you need App Store screenshot frames, Screenify Studio / Polishory are different tools. If you need AI multi-agent production HTML, PixelCrew is the wrong sibling.
Why we listed it
Shipstry ship week 2026-09-07–13 (same week as Latency Atlas / OfoxAI cohort) — still inside freshness. Design on this board is busy, but SeamlessCanvas is a texture/seam wedge we did not already cover (PostBox stages social posts; Flicka records demos; Causal is a creative canvas). Live free tier + honest AI caveats on the lander (“AI may change local detail”) match our maker-voice bar.
Caveats
We have not run production textile or game-asset pipelines through the exporter, nor audited credit metering. Plan limits and AI behavior can change — re-check https://seamlesscanvas.com/pricing. Early-product risks: AI repair inventing stitches or redrawing motifs (their own denim/floral examples show this).
