What it is

GBrain (https://gbrain.io/) is a shared team brain for every AI you already use: one workspace of plain Markdown memory, connected accounts, and scheduled skills that ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar harnesses can read and write. We verified the marketing site HTTP 200 on 2026-09-25. Instead of each person prompting alone with a private chat history that dies when they switch tools, the team keeps decisions, owners, and notes as files on a machine they control — open a note, fix a line, and every connected AI answers from the fix. Connect Gmail, calendar, or other accounts once; GBrain holds the sign-in and hands each AI a permission level (Off / Read / Draft / Manage / Full) plus an activity log, so passwords and keys never land in a config file. Ready-made skills (team daily sync across GitHub/Gmail/calendar, deep person briefs, meeting notes, inbox cleanup, news watch, pitch scorecard) can run on a schedule. Who it is for

Founders and small teams who keep losing context every time they switch AI tools, or who want one shared thread so a new hire can ask “who owns refunds?” without pinging Slack archaeology. Useful when you want memory you can audit as files, account access with explicit per-AI permissions, and background jobs that summarize the week — not another vendor-locked “chat memory” toggle. Distinct from Solid (agents that provision their own machines and budgets), Elva (API→MCP governance), Harden / Kody (agent security / coding agents), and Jev (typed probabilistic decisions): GBrain is the portable memory + tools layer that sits under whatever harness you already pay for. Caveats

We have not run a paid workspace, wired production Gmail/Stripe connectors, or stress-tested concurrent writes from Claude Code and Cursor to the same memory file. PH comments note ChatGPT/Claude subscription accounts are not wired yet (API key or included usage). Always send makers to gbrain.io.
