sudoai Launch Ops Toolkit

What it is

Our own launch-ops toolkit on sudoai.net: three browser-only utilities that cover the week before you ship. Clean launch copy, forecast token spend before you scale, and score your coding stack before you lock a seat. Nothing from these tools is uploaded to our servers — they run in your tab.

The cleaner helps you strip fluff from store blurbs, landing one-liners, and launch prompts. The cost estimator uses editable $/1M rates so you can sanity-check burn without pasting an API key. The comparison checklist scores assistants on privacy, fit, trial, cost, and lock-in, then exports Markdown or CSV you can paste into a PR or Notion page.

Who it’s for

Indie makers and small teams about to launch — especially anyone juggling “write the landing page,” “will this LLM bill explode,” and “which IDE seat do we buy” in the same week. If you already have a paid growth stack and a finance spreadsheet for tokens, you may not need us. If you want a free, no-signup path that matches how we curate this board, start here.

Why we listed it

We list our own toolkit first because it sets the bar: live URL, working product, honest scope, no fake badges. Every other card on /launches/ is held to the same standard. The tools also feed our playbooks (cost estimation, system prompts, stack picks) so the directory isn’t a wall of outbound links with zero maker value on-site.

Caveats

These are planning helpers, not vendor invoices. Heuristic token counts drift on code and CJK; always calibrate against one real call before you set hard budgets. Pricing tables go stale — edit the rates the day you decide. We don’t replace Product Hunt, Shipstry, or your email list; we help you ship the copy and cost narrative before you ask strangers for attention.
